The pollination in April
Performed artificially using the date palm pollen from male date palm flowers to polinate the female date palm flowers. -

The protection of date cluster from July to Augst
Protective bag are placed around each date cluster to prevent from insect attacks and monsoon rains. -

The fruit maturity in October
Dates are cut off the palm tree at the tamar stage, when they are fully mature. -

The harvesting from October to December
Dates are very delicate and difficult to cultivate. They do require special handling and extensive care at the final ripening stage.
